Extension wire used in thermocouple for intrinsically safe explosion-proof
Temperature testing system
一、產(chǎn)品特點及用途
本產(chǎn)品采用密封絕緣和護套優(yōu)于繞包編織的工藝結構，一般用聚氯乙烯絕緣和護套補償導線，具有優(yōu)良的防潮，耐磨和阻燃性能。耐熱用氟塑料絕緣和護套補償導線連續(xù)擠出工藝，更有耐高溫、低溫、耐酸、耐堿、耐油、耐磨、耐老化，防水不燃燒等優(yōu)良性能。產(chǎn)品質量高于國家標準GB/T 4989－94（等效IEC584-3）的規(guī)定，熱電動勢允差均達A級精度。
熱電偶補償導線用以延伸熱電偶冷端，與顯示儀表連接構成測溫系統(tǒng)。
本質安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用熱電偶補償導線采用低電容、低電感結構，除具有上述熱電偶補償導線的性能外，還具有防爆安全性能。
本安熱電偶補償導線適應于有爆炸危險的環(huán)境及防爆安全性能要求較高的場合延伸防爆熱電偶冷端與防爆測溫儀表相連接，構成本質安全熱電偶測溫系統(tǒng)。
Ⅰ. Characteristics and application
The structure of product is sealed insulation and sheath, which is better than wrapped braiding one. PVC insulated and sheathed extension wire for general use has good features of moisture-proof, resistance to wearing and fire. Heat-resistance extension wire with fluoroplastic insulation and sheath is manufactured by new process of continuous extrusion. Its excellent properties include resistance to high temperature, low temperature, acid, soda, oil, wearing, aging, flame and water. The quality of the products is better than the requirement of national standard GB/T4989-94 (equivalent to international standard IEC584-3). Thermocouple allowance can reach A class precision degree.
The role of extension wire used in thermocouple is to stretch the clamp of thermocouple and connect with instrument to form a temperature testing system.
Extension wire used in thermocouple for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system has a structure with low capacitance and inductance. Explosion-proof is its characteristics besides those in extension wire used in thermocouple.
The product is suitable for using in dangerous environment and places where high explosion-proof safety condition is required. The cold clamp of explosion-proof thermocouple is extended to connect with explosion-proof temperature testing system instrument, which forms intrinsically safe temperature testing system.

GB/T 4989-94 企業(yè)標準 等效采用IEC 584-3 標準

GB/T4989-94 Enterprise standard Standard is equivalent to IEC 584-
三、使用特性：
1．使用溫度：耐熱級：氟塑料最高200℃和260℃兩種；
普通級：聚氯乙烯最高70℃和105℃兩種，交聯(lián)聚乙烯90℃，
無鹵低煙阻燃聚烯烴70℃，交聯(lián)型90℃和125℃。
2．最低環(huán)境溫度：
聚氯乙烯等絕緣和護套導線：固定敷設－40℃
非固定敷設－15℃
氟塑料絕緣和護套導線：固定敷設－60℃
非固定敷設－20℃
3．最小彎曲半徑：
聚氯乙烯等絕緣和護套： 氟塑料絕緣和護套：
平行式：不小于補償導線厚度的6倍 不小于補償導線厚度的10倍
對絞式：不小于補償導線外徑的6倍 不小于補償導線外徑的10倍

1. Operating temperature:
Heat-resistant class: Fluoroplastics: The highest 200℃ and 260℃ two types
General class: PVC: The highest 70℃ and 105℃ two types, Cross-linked polyethylene 90℃,
Halogen-free and low smoke flame-proof polyolefin 70℃,
Cross-linked type 90℃ or 125℃。
2. The lowest environment temperature:
PVC insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -40℃
Non-fixed deploying -15℃
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: Fixed deploying -60℃
Non-fixed deploying -20℃

Parallel type: No smaller than 6 times of the thickness of extension wire.
Twisted type: No smaller than 6 times of the outer diameter of extension wire.
